Frozen yogurt is ready in a relatively short time, in other words, it doesn't take much time to make it. The results can be healthy for you and your children because you reduce the amount of sugar and fat in the end result.
The following are some of our favorite recipes:
Frozen yogurt with berry
Produce eight ½ servings.
2 C low-fat vanilla yogurt 1 bag 12 ounces if frozen mixed with porridge
½ C pure milk & strain or 2 C fresh berries
¼ C sugars
Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix with a mixer at medium speed. Pour into your machine's freezer bowl. Mix your frozen yogurt machine until it thickens. This will take approximate 25-30 minutes. Pour into airtight containers and freeze until firm, about 2 hours.
Here, as promised, is the vanilla ice cream recipe:
4 eggs plus 2 ½ C sugar – Beat until very stiff
Add slowly: 5 Cup Milk
4 Cup Heavy Cream
4½ t Vanilla
1/2 t salt
